Your first Visit
As Health Care Providers, we will strive to solve your current medical problem and detect or prevent other health problems. We hope to make the first visit not just an opportunity to deal with any medical concerns you may have but also to evaluate your overall health
Your First Examination
When you enter the exam rooms, you will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire. A staff member will measure your height and weight and other necessary vital signs. Your provider will carefully review the health questionnaire with you and discuss any medications you are taking. Please bring the medicine bottle or prescription, when you come for your appointment.
Depending on your medical problem, you may be asked to undress and put on a gown . If so, the provider or staff member will step outside the room to allow you privacy. After the examination is completed, your provider will suggest a treatment plan and schedule future visits if necessary.
